What mowing services does Mowtiv offer?
Our Standard Cut includes edging and blowing of hard surfaces. We offer a Quick Cut option where we skip the edging, for those just trying to keep their lawn in check.
What are the mowing frequency options?
In addition to one-time cuts, we offer monthly, weekly, and 3x per month subscriptions. Services are discounted for subscription customers.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
Lawn mowing frequency depends on factors like grass type and season. Generally, once a week during the growing season is recommended to maintain optimal health and appearance.
Do you bag lawn clippings?
No. We use mulching blades to finely chop the grass and return it to the yard as a natural fertilizer.
How do instant quotes work?
We are able to use digital maps to scan your lawn area. You have the option to view and edit the lawn area prior to the quote being calcualted.
Does Mowtiv offer pest control?
We do not. While we may offer some chemical-free spot-treatment options in the future, pesticide requires additional licensing and training that we leave to the pest experts.
How are subscriptions billed?
Mowing subscriptions are billed after each service is complete.
Fertilizing subscriptions are billed monthly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime. If you are on a subscription plan and cancel, any discounts applied that month will be charged back to you.
Is Mowtiv insured?
Yes! We carry Commercial General Liability insurance with $1M in coverage.
