Mowtiv, LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using the Mowtiv, LLC website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. 

2. Service Description

Mowtiv, LLC provides professional lawn care services, including but not limited to:

- Lawn mowing

- Edging and trimming

- Leaf removal

- Fertilization

- Pine Straw Installation

3. Service Agreements

Service agreements may be verbal or written. Written agreements will outline the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policies. Verbal agreements will be confirmed in writing via email or text message.

4. Payment

Payment for services is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel service with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice.

6. Service Interruptions

Mowtiv, LLC reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure), or other factors beyond our control.

7. Limitations of Liability

Mowtiv, LLC is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons that may occur during the course of providing services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mowtiv, LLC provides services to the best of its ability, but we do not guarantee specific results. We are not responsible for damage to lawns caused by factors beyond our control, such as pests, diseases, or extreme weather conditions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mowtiv, LLC harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or your

violation of these Terms and Conditions.  

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of the State of South Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Mowtiv, LLC

may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting

the updated Terms and Conditions on our website.
